One of the more interesting notes? I bloody well built a successful business after a series of failures.
The new business is modest — no question! — however the doggone thing works, works automatically, and taught me missing chunks of professional knowledge. (Not all because both my ignorance and variations in ways to succeed are infinite sets.)
In future posts, I will circle back to lessons learned working at the shop: customer service, “humaning”, crowd-work, et. al.
I want to focus on this success first because investors want to back successes, and the meometer fundraising tour starts and stops imminently.
Before we get into the details on the win, let’s start with my last failure, shall we?
