Metric 3) Increased New Employee Satisfaction/Shorter Training

New Employees love feeling valuable as soon as possible.

With the old procedures even at 4 months I felt weak at my job, and I watched as mighty fine folks washed out of the training program like hydrophobic-pacifist-asthmatics at Navy SEAL selections.

With the new tool in place, I no longer fear for the souls of the newly onboarded.
