A Lesson - Lifetime Value

The Lifetime Value (LTV) of a Customer is a precious thing.

The more the better, of course, and working at the shop where Customer success — aka a passed test — meant we would never see them again.

I’ll Never See You Again. Farewell!

Repeat Customers means you’re doing something right.

Either you have a monopoly or your product or service rocks so much they don’t even think about going elsewhere.

As the shop, though, when someone won they disappeared forever.

This crept under my skin as an entrepreneur.

I want insane metrics for NPS, revenue per employee, and LTV.

One and done does not cut it.

Tell your friends, and…remember me.

Give me software.
