The Lifetime Value (LTV) of a Customer is a precious thing.
The more the better, of course, and working at the shop where Customer success — aka a passed test — meant we would never see them again.

Repeat Customers means you’re doing something right.
Either you have a monopoly or your product or service rocks so much they don’t even think about going elsewhere.
As the shop, though, when someone won they disappeared forever.
This crept under my skin as an entrepreneur.
