Retirement

Reality is, I could never retire from this because I do not love the domain.

That's like winning a competition about something in which you don't give a damn.

Don't get me wrong: my company's core mission and values are great.

Plus, when using the tool (which is kinda fun even though it's a compliance tool (!)) I know the terrific quality of Customer Service the solution allows me to give as a User.

The tool serves both Users and the Customer without compromise and in direct alignment.

I love serving our Customers and Users already, and I adore this serves M&W specifically!

So, all those amazing qualities...

...sans passion...

...means this is nothing more than an exercise, a case study, a portfolio piece.

Nah.

It's better than that. It's another, major, step on the path of the real goal.
